If you have received an item that is damaged or imperfect in some way, more 4 boys are happy to exchange it or give you a credit for the same value.

Refunds are given provided the item is in its original sealed, undamaged packaging, unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. Return delivery and postage costs of exchanged items are the customer's responsibility. You must inform of us of your exchange/credit request within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us prior to returning your item for refund/exchange to obtain a reference number. We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

In the rare event that your parcel should be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@more4boys.com.au . Please retain all packaging so that in the event of a claim, it may be inspected. Claims related to damaged goods must be made within 3 days of delivery, or we are unable to process the claim.
