Ordering

Orders can be placed directly on our website and paid via Credit Card using PayPal, or Electronic Funds Transfer.

Shipping via Australia Post / National Couriers

We use a combination of Australia Post and national courier services to send our parcels. Both provide prompt, efficient service. Should you not be happy with the service provided by the delivery company used for your order, please contact us and we are happy to use your preferred method of delivery. Please be aware that this alternative method may be at an additional cost or may need to be organized by you directly.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery times vary, but on average take approximately 7-10 business days. Any loss/damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken on your parcel (at your cost).

Postage Costs

Australia wide delivery is charged at a flat rate of:

$11 for parcels up to 3kg

$16.50 for parcels up to 5kg

Both the above options will be delivered using either Express Mail or a National Courier Service, whichever is the quickest and cheapest.

International Delivery via Australia Post Air Mail:

New Zealand - $15

Asia/Pacific - $20

United States / Canada - $25

Rest of the World - $30

International prices above are based on orders under 5kg in weight that will fit in a standard International shipping satchel.

Should your order be unusually heavy (over 5kg) or bulky, then we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order.

Delivery charges for heavy or large parcels are based on the size and cubic weight of the parcel.

Your delivery charges will be presented to you at checkout. All Pricing includes GST.

Timing

More 4 boys dispatches parcels generally within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, providing all ordered items are in stock. We will always notify you if for some reason there is a delay in the delivery due to stock availability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Product Availability

Not all products displayed online are available for immediate delivery. Some out-of-stock items may take up to 4 weeks to re-run. We encourage you to order well in advance, especially during peak times, such as Christmas, when popular items sell out. We also endeavour to keep the site up-to-date on items that are currently out-of-stock, but cannot guarantee this is always the case. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm a delivery turnaround time, if an item is required by a specific date.

Out-Of-Stock Items

If an item is displayed as 'Out-Of-Stock' please contact us to express your interest as we may be waiting on new deliveries, or alternatively may be able to place a special order for you.

Colours

Please understand that how colours are depicted can vary depending on the quality of your monitor. If you are unhappy with an item selection, please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for more information.
